PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The Conference Venue
ITM41 will be held at the conference facilities of the NATO Centre of Excellence (Address: 34A Totleben Blvd, 1606 Sofia, Bulgaria) on all days except 22 April when the session will take place in the central building of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Address: 1 “15 November” Str., Sofia 1040). The afternoon of this day is planned for sightseeing is Sofia.
The Conference Registration
The conference registration will take place on April 19 at Hotel Astoria (8 Totleben blvd., Centrum, 1606, Sofia, Bulgaria) 16 – 20 local time. In case you arrive later, registration will be carried out at NATO Centre of Excellence, starting at 8.
Security issues
Please, observe the very strict security control – badge and ID are to be shown to the guards every day and at every entry. Laptops are to be checked and the first time this is done a label will be attached. Best is not to bring with you unless it is really needed as the procedure takes time.

Please, use A1 size portrait orientation for your poster.
