Conference Registration
Registration will be opened on 15th January 2026.
13th March is the deadline for Early registration.
REGISTRATION FEES
Early – up to 13th March 2026 - 600 €
Full – after 13th March 2026 - 700 €
Students* - 400 €
Registration will be confirmed after receiving of payment.
The registration fee covers:
- admission to all oral and poster sessions;
- an ITM admission badge;
- a conference program;
- access to the conference papers, the final conference proceedings;
- light lunch all days;
- morning and afternoon coffee breaks;
- an icebreaker on Monday;
- admission to the Wednesday afternoon excursion;
- admission to the Thursday evening Dinner.
* Student registration is available to full- or part-time students at accredited universities or colleges who are interested in attending. Student status approval requests may be sent to Yordanka Bersinska at dani@cim.bg and should include a clear image of your student ID
Additional tickets for the Dinner can be obtained at the registration desk.
